Chapter 70. OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

§ 70-2. Handbills, dodgers or commercial advertising notices—Distributing, throwing generally.

It shall be unlawful to distribute to pedestrians upon any street, sidewalk, park or other public place in the city, or to distribute to passengers in any bus, or to throw into or upon any bus or automobile or other vehicle, any handbill, dodger or advertising notice of a commercial character.
