§ 14-42. Wild animals—Permit required.

No person shall have, keep, or maintain any wild, exotic, dangerous, or nondomestic animal or reptile without first applying to and receiving from the police department a permit to do so. The charge for this permit shall be as set forth in the schedule of fees and charges.
